SALES TAX
Florida residents are subject to a local state sales tax. This applies to any order shipped or purchased directly within the state of Florida.
NOTE: For customers with tax exempt status, we do not process tax exemptions certificates. Taxes must be paid regardless of status.
SHIPPING
Shipping costs are as indicated on checkout unless the shipping option was determined on product page.
Items are shipped USPS priority flat rate only within the 48 contiguous United States including Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. NO International Shipping at this time. Orders received by 2:00 EST for in stock items, usually ship within 1 to 5 business days. Normal ground delivery can be anywhere from 5 to 10 business days.
All products that need to be fabricated / built may require a 5-10 day shipping lead time. Special orders and truck shipments can take approximately 2 to 6 weeks for delivery depending on the items ordered.

We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control. Insurance is to protect against loss or damage during shipping. All purchases are shipped by USPS and insured through USPS.
In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; YOU, THE BUYER, ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FILE THE CLAIM WITH USPS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES DURING TRANSIT! WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR STOLEN PACKAGES THAT WERE DELIVERED. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPMENTS SENT TO FORWARDING SERVICES OR COMPANIES REGARDLESS OF SHIPPING SERVICE SELECTED. IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER AND YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS A FORWARDING ADDRESS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTACTING YOUR FORWARDING COMPANY OR SERVICE TO LOCATE YOUR SHIPMENT.
WE ARE ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WEATHER RELATED DAMAGE OR DELAYS! ONCE A PACKAGE LEAVES OUR HANDS IT IS COMPLETELY OUT OF OUR CONTROL!
Please make sure your address is correct before placing an order as we will not be responsible for incorrect addresses. Once again we are not responsible for a package once it transfers to USPS, it is then their responsibility to deliver and handle concerns for shipping delays or lost packages. You will not be refunded for the purchase from us if USPS loses the package.
